The quickest way to reach us is email, and it goes to a person rather than a queue. We answer within a working day, usually the same afternoon.

If you are writing about a site that is currently down, say so in the subject line and we will look straight away.

For anything that needs a conversation, suggest a couple of times and we will send an invitation back. We are in the UK, so anything before nine or after six will take an extra day to arrange.

We do not have a contact form. Forms lose messages, and the reply address is the one thing we always need.
