Pricing

We work in three ways, and we will tell you which one suits before you ask.

A day at a time

A single day, booked when you need it, for an audit, a second opinion or a specific problem somebody has been stuck on. Most questions turn out to be a day.

A project

Scoped and quoted in advance, with a fixed price and a written definition of finished. We do not start until both of us can describe what done looks like in a sentence.

Looking after it afterwards

A monthly retainer for updates, backups, monitoring and the small changes that would otherwise pile up. This is most of what we do, and it is the part clients tell us they value once a year when something breaks at the wrong moment.

Everything is quoted in pounds and includes VAT where it applies. There are no tiers to compare and nothing is priced per user.
